Do I need to have NDIS funding before I call?
No. You can contact us to ask questions or see if we are a fit. If you do not have NDIS funding yet, we can point you to general information; funded supports are arranged once your plan is in place.
Where do you provide support?
We are based in Sydney and work with participants across Sydney. Say where you live when you enquire — we will confirm if travel works for your area.
How do I give feedback or make a complaint?
Talk to us first — we want to fix problems quickly. You can also use the NDIS Commission complaints line (1800 035 544) or their website at any time. Our contact page has details.
Are support workers screened?
Workers are employed under NDIS practice standards, including required checks where they apply to the role. We can explain this when we discuss services.
