Common questions

Who delivers community nursing care?

Community nursing care under the NDIS is delivered by registered nurses (RNs) or enrolled nurses (ENs) operating within their scope of practice. Our nursing staff are qualified, experienced, and NDIS-familiar.

How is community nursing funded in my NDIS plan?

Community Nursing Care is funded under Core Supports — Assistance with Daily Life. It appears as a specific registration group on your provider's registration. Our team can help you identify this in your plan.

Can a community nurse coordinate with my other health providers?

Yes. Our nurses work collaboratively with GPs, specialists, therapists, and hospital teams to ensure your health supports are consistent and well-coordinated.

Is community nursing available after hours or on weekends?

Availability depends on your level of need and plan funding. Speak with us about your requirements and we will discuss what scheduling is possible.
