Common questions

Is household assistance funded under my NDIS plan?

Household tasks are generally funded under Core Supports — Assistance with Daily Life. Look for 'Household Tasks' in your plan. If you're unsure, our team can help you review your funding.

Can you help with meal preparation for specific dietary needs?

Yes. Our support workers can assist with a range of dietary requirements including allergies, cultural preferences, and medically recommended diets. We discuss this during your initial planning conversation.

Do I need to be home while support workers are cleaning?

That's entirely your preference. Some participants prefer to be home; others prefer to head out. We work to what feels most comfortable and safe for you.

How often can I access household support?

Frequency depends on your NDIS plan funding. We can deliver supports daily, weekly, fortnightly, or as needed — we'll match the schedule to your plan and your routine.
