Common questions

What does 'high intensity' personal care mean?

High Intensity Daily Activities refers to supports requiring additional worker skills and training — such as supporting someone with complex health conditions, behaviours of concern, or specialist equipment like PEG feeding or ventilators.

How do I know if this is in my NDIS plan?

Look for funding under 'Core Supports — Assistance with Daily Life' or 'Assistance with Personal Activities (High)'. Our team can help you review your plan to identify what you can access.

Can I choose my support worker?

Yes. We make every effort to match you with a support worker who fits your personality, needs, and preferences. Continuity of support is important to us.

Do you provide support on weekends and public holidays?

Yes. We offer flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Rates are in accordance with the current NDIS Price Guide.
