FAQs

Common questions

What is the difference between the two registration groups?

'Specialist Support in Employment' covers support in Australian Disability Enterprises (ADEs) or specialist employment settings. 'Assist Access/Maintain Employment' covers support to access, find, and keep open employment in the general workforce.

Is employment support funded separately to my DES provider?

Yes. NDIS employment support is separate from Disability Employment Services (DES). NDIS funding focuses on the support you need to participate in employment; DES focuses on job placement and employer services.

What types of work can you support me with?

We support participants across many industries — retail, hospitality, administration, community services, and more. We look for the right fit for you.

Can you help if I already have a job?

Yes. We can provide ongoing support to help you maintain your role, address challenges, and build skills.
